Register to Speak

The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will host an all-virtual public hearing on April 02, 2026 at 1:30 PM to receive public comments on proposed Tuition and Fee increases. You may register to speak at the meeting using this form by March 26, at 11:59 PM. (Alternatively, you may submit online comments).

Registrants will have an opportunity to speak for three minutes (capped at 18 speakers), and registration will be first come, first served. Registrants will be sent an email with their assigned time slot and the Zoom link on April 02 between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Only comments pertaining to tuition and fee increases will be considered. If you would like your spoken comments entered into the public record, email your comments immediately after speaking to vppg@vt.edu.
